Application Information

Piping Connection To The Units

• The outdoor unit is equipped with two to four sets of are joints depending on O/D unit model. Refer to table

below for are joint size and location.

• In the case where gas pipe from the indoor unit does not match the outdoor are joints, two different are

joint connectors are provided. The connector should be connected as shown in gure.

1 3/7” to 1/2” Connector

2 1/2” to 3/8” Connector

• Align the center of the piping and tighten the are nut sufciently with ngers.

• Finally, tighten the are nut with the torque wrench until the wrench clicks.
